(ALBUM TRACK) JAMIROQUAI – Canned Heat
With the single that had peaked at number four, from their number one album, Synkronized.
(9) N-SYNC – Tearin’ Up My Heart
Here in the studio but got no higher.
(3) BRITNEY SPEARS – Sometimes
Making her studio debut but the song got no higher.
(16) LIT – My Own Worst Enemy
Performing their first of two top 40 hits, this one being the biggest but it got no higher.
(5) ADAM RICKITT – I Breathe Again
The Coronation Street star performs his only top ten hit, and first of three top 40 hits, and it was at its peak.
(NEW) MELANIE G – Word Up
AKA Mel B from the Spice Girls, and this Cameo cover will peak at number 13.
(1) VENGABOYS – Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom (and credits).
Here with their first of two number ones, and it stayed at the top for one week.

Mel B has become Melanie G. Good Lord, this rendition of Cameo's Word Up from 1986 was just a real comedown from Geri Haliwell's recent solo foray, with complete opposite styles.
ReplyDeleteNot sure why 'Melanie G' decided to stay seated for the whole ramble, when just a few shows ago we had Geri Halliwell with song and dance and acrobatics wowing the viewers.
