  1. Gina G is back! With a bevy of lovelies joining her on stage, what a sexy start to the show and rightfully claiming the caption spot on this week's blog. Who is the cutie next to her in the picture?

Robson & Jerome - anyone remember the first cover of this original Motown single in 1981 by Colin Blunstone with Dave Stewart, which got to No.13 in 1981?

    Ready for TOTP2......

    1. A very good TOTP2 this week.

The Video Stir section had a video by Fluke, which in its animated portions was reminiscent of Captain Kremen on The Kenny Everett Video show back in the late 70s on ITV, but it turned out to be the soundtrack of the latest playstation game in 1996.

I also enjoyed the Recorded For Recall section with October 1970, and great to see Deep Purple performing in the TOTP studio, and a German group called The Rattles with a song called The Witch. Bust best of all in this section was Matthews Southern Comfort with the iconic Woodstock video with the city girl in the miniskirt travelling to the countryside for the Woodstock festival.
