It's been discussed at length before, due to The Doors playout on that episode, will also be cut out of 13th Juine 1991 too. Due to The Doors not being covered by the BBC's Performing Rights Society agreement.

Hi xrayfour, Here is that alternate recording of The Specials live at the Veronica Festival Festival in Amsterdam on 18/10/80 from "Countdown Live". The "Just Amazing" shows are listed in the archive but no editions are available. The 02/06/84 edition featured a Frenchman who had previously eaten seven bicycles, two beds, six supermarket trolleys, five televisions, a coffin and a Cessna Light Aircraft. The producers of the show were wondering how he might cope with British food.
I can only find footage of Madness performing "One Better Day" at Montreux in 1984. The show was on BBC 1 and finished at 9 PM. "The Young Ones" were on BBC 2 five minutes later. The musical guests were Madness who sang "Our House" in the middle of the street.
Hundreds of "Good Morning Britain" shows were wiped. Most of 1983 and many from 1984 and 1988 have survived. The masters are held in the BFI National Archive.
We currently have no access to any Breakfast Time shows. If you have some specific dates we can check them out another time.
The Clash are listed as the guests on Tiswas 05/01/80. This edition apparently "does not exist". The same applies to eight editions I posted on Sunday so you never know. Perhaps Eddie has it?
"Something Else" from 06/10/79 and "Saturday Live" from 25/01/86 featuring Suggs as a Pizza Delivery Man are available now.
Yes, I do remember seeing that metal hungry Frenchman alright and I think we can see from the Pizza Sketch why Suggs didn't get the lead in 'Absolute Beginners'.

Always shocking to hear about hundreds of shows being wiped, even if it's expected. The four Breakfast Times I have been trying to track down are from 9/6/83, 19/2/85, 22/8/85 and 18/3/88. These all appear to exist as they're listed on the BBC Motion Gallery on gettyimages.co.uk

I've added the 10th edition of Swap Shop from 04/12/76. It was repeated with some edits on 25/08/77 as part of the "Festival 77" season on BBC. This upload is the 1977 version of the show.

Do you happen to have access to a nice archive copy of the show "Salute to Lew Grade: The Master Showman" which was produced by ATV?
I think it was broadcast on the evening of 20 June 1975, but pre-recorded on 18 April. Among the other performances, most notably it includes the last time that John Lennon performed before an audience.
I've uploaded two ZDF Kultnacht shows. There is over four hours of stereo footage from Peter's Pop Show and Thommy's Pop Show between 1983 and 1993. All of the artists you mention are on the shows.
I wasn't sure about the 11/03/1976 show as on YT there is the G&D performance....once of the comments gives a clue as it mentions being a Bolan fan and would have been very happy if the record button had been pressed four minutes earlier (for 'London Boys').

Always shocking to hear about hundreds of shows being wiped, even if it's expected. The four Breakfast Times I have been trying to track down are from 9/6/83, 19/2/85, 22/8/85 and 18/3/88. These all appear to exist as they're listed on the BBC Motion Gallery on gettyimages.co.uk
