ReplyDeleteI suppose a lot of the artists are still in the industry and didn't wan't to talk.
It did seem padded out, but I did enjoy the interview with (a much older looking) Spiller.
Also the American band who kept coming over to record at TOTP studios and it not be used.
I wonder how many more performances like that are hiding in the BBC Archive?
Anyway 2001 tonight on BBC2.
Re hidden performances. Sky arts have a ‘from the vaults’ unseen performances programme with guy garvey. Perhaps the bbc could something similar (I know they occasionally put one in a 1.5 hour Totp2 show but I don’t often watch them)
