Was a little disappointed with the Pet Shop Boys first single for the new millennium, and a disappointing follow up to the recently released New York City Boy at the end of the last millennium which I thought was one of their finest singles to date, and as good as it gets from PSB.
ReplyDeleteI did like some of their future singles though, and until at least 2003 with Miracles, so I am still looking forward to some more TOTP appearances between 2000 - 2003 at least.
Not sure if anyone on here watches the NOW 70s music channel on satellite TV, in my case Channel 355 on SkyStream, but last night at 10pm there was one hour of ELO videos from the 1972-1981 era, and video after video it was non stop music heaven, and a great way to end the day before my usual bedtime of 11pm.
ReplyDeleteThey do repeat this ELO video hour every so often on NOW 70s, so it is definitely recommended viewing for 70s and 80s music fans!
