I'm on the cadge for a series that was on way back when but hasn't been broadcast since the early 90s, I think down to musical rights issues.
It was called "The Rock & Roll Years" and was originally shown in July 1985.
The first edition in the series covered 1956 if it helps track it down, but if you have the first series (of 8 episodes), they would be fantastic to see again but please don't bust a gut for them as I can see it's request central at the minute :-)
Brilliant stuff, really looking forward to watching those. As I remember, it was a top quality series so many thanks for what you're managing to get :-)

No sorry we don't have many US shows. The only MTV show I can find is a 10th Anniversary Special first broadcast in the UK on Channel 4's "The Word" in early 1992.
The Big Breakfast from 31/10/94 is wiped. Some editions have survived but we have no access to any. No MTV shows are available. 32 editions of The Word are available but not 24/03/95.

I've uploaded an edition of "What's On" from 05/01/78. It features a short clip of Blondie from Granada Reports in the best quality that exists.

The Granada Reports show is wiped. Six minutes of Blondie footage recorded by presenter Tony Wilson exist but Kaleidoscope have them. The "Rip Her To Shreds" footage from Tony's tape is on You Tube. I've uploaded an edition of "What's On" from 05/01/78. It features a short clip of Blondie from Granada Reports in the best quality that exists.
