  2. Sting - great to see Sting still doing TOTP studio performances, now some 20 years since bursting onto the scene with The Police in 1979. Still hanging in there for the next generation.

    Top 20 chart rundown - pity that the new entry at No.11 for Fragma got ignored by TOTP , as it was also at peak, so here's the video anyway, as this was their debut single, and just preceding their more well know second single Toca's Miracle which got to No.1 a few months later.
    Love the sexy lead singer on this one, for a reminder of the summer of 1999, as I remember having gone on a ClubMed holiday a few weeks before this one came out, so it was very reminiscent of that summer:
